Hey, this is Ed with CR of Maryland. Just wanted to make a quick video about this house we just closed on. Well, actually, we closed on it about two or three weeks ago, but I am here picking up the keys now.
So, this seller situation was a little unique. They needed the funds from the house they were selling, to take to the closing table on the property that they were purchasing down in Florida. They needed a little bit more time to move, with the logistics of everything.
So, what we did is we were able to give them a three-week rent back. What this means is: we purchase the home, we held some funds in escrow, and we let them live there for a certain amount of time.
