Recently I was presented with a situation that was a first for me, the responsibility of selling my parents 50 year old home after they moved out. Needless to say, the house required a great deal of work. Upon taking the advice of my Realtor, I met with CR, and they made an offer on the house that was extremely fair. I did not have to move any material, furniture etc. from the home.
