…I had no idea how to go about downsizing my home of thirty years. In an effort to make me more comfortable, Craig met my entire family. He explained everything to our satisfaction. He made the entire process painless.

About CR of Maryland LLC

We are CR of Maryland LLC, a team of house-buying professionals specializing in buying “as-is” houses in Baltimore County, Carroll County, and Harford County. We’re led by Yvonne Deardorff & Alexander Cruz, local real estate professionals who are passionate about helping people.

With over 3,000 real estate transactions under our belts, we’ve seen it all and worked with property owners in every situation — from inherited houses to divorces to foreclosure to downsizing to frustrating rental property… and anything else.

Unlike other real estate professionals who might want to list your house or act as a middleman to investor-buyers, we are real estate buyers, and we have the funds available right now to buy your house.

Want to know what else makes us different? We’re local market experts who you’ll meet face-to-face. You’ll share our hand, look us in the eye, and get our best, fair all-cash offer to buy your house on your timeline.

We promise to work hard no matter what your situation, we promise to give you our best offer, and we promise to do everything with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
